Vivian C. Manzi DeBrino, 81, of East Haven passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with her family by her side.  She was the beloved wife of 59 years to Peter DeBrino.  Vivian was born in New Haven on June 7, 1935; daughter of the late William and Helen Zuffelato Manzi; was a volunteer for the summer Special Olympics; member of the East Haven PTA for many years when her children were younger; volunteered at the CT Hospice, Branford for the past 25 years; member of the Columbus Day Committee for many years; was a Cub Scout Den Mother; was an active fundraiser for Our Lady of Pompeii Church; member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed many years of traveling with her loving husband.  Loving mother of Matthew (Tracy) DeBrino, Mark (Cindy) DeBrino, Peter (Gina) DeBrino and William DeBrino.  Grandmother of Alisha and Tyler DeBrino, Charla Puccino, Gabrielle Kaczor and Marisa Forti.  Sister of William (Nancy) Manzi and John (Janet) Manzi.

Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Tuesday morning at 9:15. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Pompeii Church at 10:00.  Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Monday from 4 to 8 pm.
