Wilhelm M. Albrecht, 80, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford. He was the beloved husband of the late Gertrud Mengele Albrecht. He was born in Germany on July 2, 1936; son of the late Arnold and Hilde Albrecht; he served his country faithfully in the US Army; had worked for Herman Alperts for 28 years and then for Hummel Brothers for 7 years until his retirement in 2002. Father of Doris E. Gaanderse.
Private funeral services have been entrusted to the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.
