Carol Ann Potter, 93, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022 at the Hillcrest Country Estates in Papillion, NE. She was the wife of 58 years to the late Thomas Potter. Carol was born in New Haven on August 29, 1929; daughter of the late Angelo and Caroline Esposito. She was predeceased by her brother Fred Esposito. She enjoyed working in various retail stores and always had a great sense of family. She loved outdoor concerts, game night with friends and sitting on the porch being visited by neighbors and their dogs. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was the mother of Mary (James) Potter Sakelarakis, Thomas (Isabel) Potter, Michael (Lori) Potter and William (Shannon Bianchi) Potter. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. The visiting hours will be on Saturday morning, January 14th at the Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue from 9:00 to 11:00. A service will be conducted in the funeral home at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. John and I express our heartfelt sympathy. As I told her wonderful children. Carol would be at her uncle Fred house in west haven Connecticut. My dad house was next to Fred. It was our delight to find out I knew her as a child visiting at Fred house with her cousins. We had a history. Carol was so sweet. Loving. We expres our sorrow with our love.
