My deepest sympathy to the entire family of Carol… I’ve been privileged to KNOW Carol since I was 13 years old…We’ve shared many good times together in later years, ALWAYS a pleasure to be in her company, as well as her Family…Carol fought a BRAVE fight with her illnesses…And now, Our Lord has called her HOME for her just reward in Heaven, to the Peace and Joy she so richly deserves, and FREE FROM PAIN and MEDS…May She rest in the Eternal Peace of Our Lord, Jesus Christ… Very Sincerely, Marty Carlo, Jr.
Carol will always hold a special place in my heart. She was an amazing person. She’s someone I truly admired. Such inner strength . She went thru so much in her life and always with a smile. How much she’ll be missed. We must all think of the “Carol moments” now. There will be many!!! To her children: She will always be with you for her love for the 3 of you was and is unconditional. She loved you all so. You could hear it in her voice and see it on her face when she talked about you. She fought a very hard battle for a very long time. She’s at peace now. God Bless her. Please accept our love and deepest sympathy over the loss of such a grand lady. Someone I’m very proud to have been able to call my friend.
Sloane and I were so happy that we were able to see Grammy Carol and spend time with her recently–when Carol came to see Sloane in her first play at Sacred Heart Academy at the Shubert.
Carol was always so positive and supportive. I regret that we cannot attend her services tomorrow but please know that we will be praying for Carol and her family and friends.
Sloane will never forget Carol and neither will I.
Rest in Peace, Dear Carol!
With Love,
Eileen & Sloane Summerfield
Carol was a kind, sweet and positive person. I think that is what allowed her to keep going. She and I had a special relationship and a bond that only the two of us understood. We communicated almost daily on face book. RIP my friend. Your job here on earth is done and you are needed in heaven. I will miss our conversations. Love always.
Rest in peace Carol. Enjoyed lunch with you.
