Caroline L. DiChello Clough, 76, of Hamden, formerly of Blatchley Avenue, New Haven for many years, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2017 at Yale New Haven Hospital with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert S. Clough, Sr. Caroline was born in New Haven on December 11, 1940 and was the daughter of the late Louis and Margaret Eburg DiChello. She had worked for the former Milford Jai Alai and later for Kirby Vacuum of Milford. Caroline enjoyed crocheting and doing search word puzzles. Mother of Frank (Ann Marie) Lanzofano, Jr., Robert (Cassandra) Clough, Jr and Robert (Danielle) Agriesto. Grandmother of Brandon Lanzofano, James and Isabelle Clough. Great-Grandmother of Jeremy Lanzofano. Sister of Mary Senberg, Louis (Virginia) DiChello, Jr. and the late Joyce Duben, Thomas and Angelo DiChello. Also survived by her loving companion Robert Kerpen, many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to meet directly at the Office of All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven on Friday morning, Sept. 15th at 9:45 to follow the funeral procession to the graveside for a 10:00 service. The visiting hours will be Thursday, Sept. 14th from 5 to 8 pm at the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.
