Claire Y. Jalbert Perry, 95, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford with her family by her side. Born in Gardner, Massachusetts on March 30, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Toussaint J. and Rose Voisine Jalbert. Claire had worked as a switchboard operator for the former Thirty-Thirty for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards, doing puzzles, reading, and gardening. Mother of Gale Mazzarella and the late Bruce Perry. Grandmother of Lea Mazzarella, Adam Perry and Amber Tourville. Great-Grandmother of Enzo DeCarlo, Olivia and Max Perry. Sister of Nora Mason, Theresa LeBlanc and the late Rita Coutere, Donald Jalbert, Annette Bettey and Dorina Clavet. Predeceased by her son-in-law Joseph Mazzarella. Also survived by many nieces and nephews
The visiting hours will be Tuesday, Dec. 7th from 9:00 to 10:30 at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will follow in Our Lady of Mt.
