Curtis Ray Roberts Jr., age 56, was born in Madison WV, and resided in Edgewood, MD with his loving wife of 35 years Diane Roberts. He was the son of Curtis Ray Roberts Sr., and Frances Elizabeth (Green) Roberts. He retired as a Staff Sergeant of the U.S. Army and was a combat veteran who served in Desert Storm. He continued his career in HVAC, and received his bachelor’s degree. He was a sports enthusiast, and loved working in the yard, and tinkering with his cars. Mr. Roberts is survived by his wife, Diane C. Roberts. His sister Kriste (Frederick) Morro; nieces Rachel, Kirsten, and Kamryn Morro; brother Jeffrey Roberts; and his nephew Jeffrey Roberts Jr. His beloved pets Jacob and Cody. In addition to his parents he, was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hettie and Arthur Green, and Daisy Roberts. His beloved pets Charlie and Samantha.
Visitation will be at North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue on Saturday July 29, 2017, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with a prayer service at 1 pm. He will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery. Those who wish may make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
