Ann-Shirley Nana Rizza, 70, of Wallingford passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at her home. She was the wife of late Robert Richard Rizza. Born in New Haven on April 10, 1945; daughter of the late Louis A. and Lena Gresto Nana; had worked for the former DNE of Wallingford (now Ultra Electronics) for over twenty years and later as an aide at Pond Hill School. She enjoyed quilting and embroidering. Beloved mother of Roberta Piedmont and her husband William.
The visiting hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm at the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, North Haven. Family and friends are invited to meet directly at Center Cemetery, Elm Street, North Haven on Thursday morning at 11:00 to attend a graveside funeral service.

We are sorry for your loss. Ann was wonderful person and a good neighbor, we will miss her. It's hard to look at her house without thinking about her being there.
