Thomas M. Coppola, 59, of East Haven formerly of Rock Road, North Haven passed Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at MidState Medical Center, Meriden. Thomas was born in New Haven on September 7, 1955; son of the late Thomas and Margaret Gagliardi Coppola. Father of Jessica Ashley Coppola. Brother of Barbara (Peter) Pepe and Michael (Laura) Coppola. Uncle of Sandra (Anthony) Fronte, Michael Coppola,Jr. and Danielle (Frank) Mengert. Great-Uncle of Amanda, Sabrina and Erika Fronte, Tessa Mengert.
His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Tuesday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Therese Church at 10:00 am. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. The visiting hours will be Monday from 5 to 8 pm.
Tommy was one of the best. Heart of gold. He will be so sadly missed. My heart goes out to the entire Coppola Family. Heaven just received one of the "Good Ones."

Just read of Tommy's passing in the advisor. We were away on vacation. I'm very sorry for your family's loss. Always loved Tommy and he always made me smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you Mike, Barbara and family. I think of all the good times growing up in the neighborhood.
