Dionisio Serrano, 89, of New Haven passed away peacefully on Monday, September 14th, 2020 with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Carmen Serrano. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on February 10th, 1931, he was the son of the late Ramon and Tomasa Serrano. Father of Gloria Serrano, Olga Serrano. Dionisio Serrano, Jr., Margarita Serrano, Luis Serrano Angel Soto and the late Francisco Serrano. Stepfather of Iris, Milagros, Luis and Sonia. Also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The visiting hours will be Friday, September 18th, 2020 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. On Saturday morning, September 19th, 2020, family and friends are invited to go directly to Evergreen Cemetery, 769 Ella T. Grasso Boulevard, New Haven at 10:00 to attend a graveside service.
