Elizabeth “Billie” DiPalma Mizger, 80, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Masonicare Health Center, Wallingford surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard A. Mizger. Billie was born in New Haven on January 5, 1937; daughter of Rose Pastore DiPalma and the late Anthony DiPalma; had worked as a Branch Manager for the former Connecticut Savings Bank, enjoyed bingo, playing cards and loved going to the casino. Mother of Lisa (David) Migani, Renee (Anthony) Fasulo and Richard A. (fiancé Roseann Russo) Mizger. Grandmother of David & Christopher Migani, Anthony and Vincent Fasulo. Sister of Joseph DiPalma, Patricia DiPalma-Kipfer and the late Anthony “Butch” DiPalma.
Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue Wednesday morning at 10:30. Family and friends may call from 8:00 to 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Barnabas Church at 11:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Masonic Hospice, 22 Masonic Avenue, Wallingford, CT 06492.
My sincere condolences to the family and friends, so sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in knowing that Jehovah God will soon resurrect our dear loved ones (John 5:28-29). Oh how we long for the time when pain, suffering and death will be no more, these former things will have passed away (Revelation 21:3-5).

Sorry to hear of the loss of your mom. I have fond memories of her from all of the parties at Uncle Butch and Aunt Joan’s house we had growing up.
