Eunice J. Bonfiglio Falcigno, 91, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12th, 2023, with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 61 years to the late Paul A. Falcigno. Eunice was born in New Haven on September 11, 1931 and was the daughter of the late John and Anna Petrelli Bonfiglio. She worked at many places throughout New Haven and later was the co-owner of the former Hodge Podge Crafts and The Silk Petal both in North Haven. She was a writer, a Ham Radio Operator, a painter and enjoyed her Tai Chi classes with her sisters. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and sister. She loved being surrounded by her family who meant everything to her. Mother of Brett Falcigno and Stacy (Mark) Castiglione. Grandmother of Matthew (Marisa) and Steven Castiglione. Sister of Lenore Tiffany and the late Marie Maione and Delores Fiorentino. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 10:00 am for a mass of Christian Burial and are also invited to attend committal services immediately following in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital or a charity of one’s choice.
