Devoted mother of Atty. Charles B. Angelo (Barbara Mauriello Angelo) of Woodbridge and Marilyn Angelo Norton (Atty. Robert Norton) of Westfield, New Jersey. Beloved grandmother of Atty. Justin A. Angelo (Patricia Casey) NYC, Ms Allegra Eve Angelo, San Francisco, CA, Mrs. Chris (Lara Rose Angelo) Batteman (Chris Battema), Atty. Devoted to her family, love of animals, “Rosie” led a long and active life. Extremely proud of the educational accomplishments of her family. A graduate of the Coleman Business School in NYC she worked at CJ Devine (now Merrill Lynch) on Wall Street where she met her husband and married after WWII. She remained active part time in the business world while raising her children. Upon the sudden death of her husband in 1981 she remained fiercely independent and maintained her own home continuing until present time. Over the years she traveled, loved the NY Yankees and Michigan football and kept a keen interest in politics and the business world but most of all loved to shop! She was a women ahead of her time! Our life will be forever changed without her at our side!
Funeral services will be conducted in Westfield, New Jersey.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I never met Rose, but it sounds like she lived a full and wonderful life. I am sure that she has left wonderful memories for you to look back on. As you reflect on your loss, please take comfort in the promises that God has made in his word. The Bible helps us to understand that death is God’s enemy and he promises that he is going to put an end to sickness and death. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4; 1 Corinthians 15:26; Psalms 37:29; Revelation 21:3, 4) I hope that these scriptures strengthen you and bring you comfort during this difficult time. Be sure to share your memories with those who surround you, for the memories shared are the ones most truly cherished, may they bring you a sense of peace and joy to your hearts as you begin to heal.
I wish to express my sadness to hear Rosemarie had passed away
I enjoyed her family stories and
How proud she was of everyone.
And how she met her husband and
The good life she had with him.
On our weekly manicure sessions,
I will miss the independence and energy she had. Lol ????
