Frances L. LaMonaca Peccerillo, 82, of New Haven, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Ralph Peccerillo Jr. Frances was born in New Haven on May 1, 1939 and was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Rose Longobardi LaMonaca. She had worked as a clerk for the local drug store for many years. Frances enjoyed playing bingo, trips to the casino, especially Atlantic City and crocheting many blankets for her family. She was an avid baker, making cookies for the homeless shelter and was a great cook. Beloved mother of Ralph (Ann Marie) Peccerillo III and the late Teresa Geremski. Loving grandmother of Ralph (Kalie) and Michael Peccerillo. Sister of Theresa Fasulo and the late Rose Ann Weyel, Marie Landisio, Salvatore LaMonaca Jr., and Frank LaMonaca. Also survived by her son in law Christopher Geremski.
The visiting hours will be Wednesday morning, March 2nd, from 8:00 to 9:30 at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Saint Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Ave, North Haven at 10:00 am.
