George “Robby” Plaskowitz, III, 35, passed away suddenly in Hadley, MA on Wednesday November 3, 2021. Born on August 2, 1986, in Milford, CT, he was the beloved son of George and Lynn Plaskowitz. Raised in Orange, CT, Robby graduated from Amity High School where he spent many of his best days out on the football field. Since the age of 2, he worked alongside his father in his construction business; A business that provided him the opportunity to master the art of operating heavy duty, earth moving construction equipment. He was known to many as one of the most gifted machine operators in the craft. As a past member of the Local Union 478, he obtained his crane license where he worked and operated cranes for a short time. During most holidays you could always find Robby cooking in the kitchen alongside his mom. Mashed potatoes were his specialty. At the time of his death, he was a devoted foreman at Four Seasons Property Maintenance in Hadley, Ma. where he worked with and for his close friend Matt Ozlewski. Robby will be sorely missed everyday by his father, mother and siblings, Jamie, Anna Saldamarco, Stacy Plakias (Greg); Lisa Julianelle (Rob); Laura (Paul); Jason, Brett and his nieces Braelyn, Fiona and Felicity; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.  We know Robby is now with his grandparents, George and Mary Plaskowitz, Ken (Poppy) and Josephine (Nana) Davis; and his brother-in-law, James Saldamarco. He will always be loved both here and in heaven. Robby will forever be remembered for his kind heart, quick wit, love for country music and unwavering devotion to the Dallas Cowboys.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Infant Church, 450 Racebrook Rd,Orange on Wednesday November 10th at 1:30pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shatterproof.org; a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the addiction crisis in the United States.
