Helen DiFabbio DeLuigi, 84, of Hamden passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford with her husband by her side.  She was the beloved wife of 64 years to Frank P. DeLuigi.  Helen was born in New Haven on April 5, 1932; daughter of the late Nicholas and Nellie Ferrie DiFabbio; she had worked for M& R Manufacturing, the Mite Corporation and later for Circuit Wise.  Sister of Margaret Bigelow, Irene Mel and the late Christine, Pasquale, Vincent and Arthur DiFabbio, Dorothy Vaccino and Elsie Verderame.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to go directly to St. Stephen Church, 400 Ridge Road, Hamden on Monday morning at 10:00 to attend a Mass of Christian burial and also invited to attend the committal service immediately following in the All Saints Mausoleum.  There will be no visiting hours.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven and Yale Cancer Center, P.O. Box 1849, New Haven, CT  06508.  The North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue has been entrusted with the arrangements.
