Inez Boughton Griffiths, 73, of East Haven, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 21st, 2022, at Yale New Haven Hospital with her family by her side. Inez was born in New Haven on February 25th, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Robert and Inez Simons Boughton. Beloved mother of Richard (Rachelle) Griffiths and Christopher (Susan) Griffiths. Loving grandmother of Emma, Ryan, Christian and Jacob Griffiths. Sister of Delia Leary, Anita Shmigelsky, Beverly Lauria and the late Nancy Poirier, Robert, Edward, and Donald Boughton. She was predeceased by her longtime partner Ronald Beisaw.
The visiting hours will be on Friday, January 28th, 2022, from 4 to 7 PM in The Havens Family- North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. I’m so sorry to hear about Sissy’s passing . I was glad to see her at my mom Mom’s funeral cuz I hadn’t seen her in decades . My heart and condolences go out to all my cousins . May Sissy Rest In Peace .
