Jerry G. Colello, Jr.

Jerry G. Colello, Jr., 71, of Wallingford passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 29^th, 2022 with his family by his side.  He was the beloved husband of 40 years to Barbara Cook Colello.  Jerry was born in Bridgeport on August 13, 1951 and was the son of Astrid Nordin Colello and the late Jerry G. Colello, Sr. He had worked as a Machine Operator at Ashcroft Industry of Stratford for over 40 years until his retirement.  Jerry enjoyed bowling, playing the lotto and most of all spending time with his family who he loved unconditionally. Father of Janine Colello, Kari Colello, Fay Williams (Nick), Jerry Colello III, Valerie Colello, and Nicholas Colello (Caitlyn).  Also survived by seven grandchildren, two brothers and four sisters. Predeceased by a brother.

The visiting hours will be Wednesday, Nov. 2^nd from 5 to 7 PM at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.  A service will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday morning, Nov. 3^rd at 11:00.  Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Wallingford.
