Jo Anne M. Falcone Raccio, 82, of North Haven, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Attorney Frank J. Raccio for 24 years. Jo Anne was born in New Haven on February 16, 1942, and was the daughter of the late Ernest V. Falcone Sr. and Marie Annette Proto Falcone. She was a member of the Paradise Country Club for almost 40 years. Jo Anne enjoyed reading and taking trips to the beach. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her family, especially during the many holidays at her home. Jo Anne loved her entire family endlessly, especially her grandchildren who were the lights of her life. Loving mother of Attorney Lynn M. Raccio and Michele DeFilippo. Beloved Gram to Dr. Anthony (Tessa) DeFilippo, Austin and Hayley DeFilippo, Dominic, and Marlaina Raccio Francis. Sister of Ernest V. Falcone Jr. Also survived by her sons-in-law Attorney Nicholas W. Francis and John DeFilippo.
Family and friends are invited to go directly to St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven on Saturday, April 27th at 12 noon to attend a Mass of Christian burial and are also invited to attend the committal service immediately following in the All Saints Mausoleum. The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue have been entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, P.O. So sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. I remember her from Paradise CCand the times she ran the donut, bagel and coffee fund raisers. I will always remember her sitting by the pool. Good days to remember.
My sincere condolence to the Raccio family. I knew Jo Anne and Frank from the time I became a police officer in 1973. Jo Anne was a kind, caring and very thoughtful person. May she rest in peace.

I am sorry to hear about Jo Ann’s passing. We went to high school together and got together in more recent years with classmates for a monthly lunch. Jo Ann was a caring , friendly person. My condolences to her family.
