In the loving memory of Joan Delmonico. Joan passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 88. Joan died peacefully from a brief illness at the Mary Wade Rehabilitation Center. Joan retired from the Milford Hospital and resided at the Towers in New Haven, CT. Joan was preceded in death by her sister, brother and their spouses, Emily and Robert Twohill, Joseph and Shirley Delmonico, also her niece Emily Grodske. Joan is survived by her nieces, nephews and their spouses ….. Madelyn and James Kostek (CT), Susan and William Thompson (FL), Tracy and Marshall Wetmore (NH), Robert and Anne Twohill (CT), Joseph and Rose Ann Twohill (WI), Joseph and Caryn Delmonico (NJ) and Susan Delmonico (NY) Niece Madelyn and great niece, Tia, were loving care givers and companions for Joan especially the last few months of her life keeping her company and even brought Patrick (pet Guinea pig) to visit. Joan was a true animal lover and donated to several shelters.
A graveside service will be conducted in All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave., North Haven, CT on Monday morning, November 13th at 10:00.
