Joann Tancreto Elvin of Northford passed away July 21, 2017 at her home with her family by her side after battling an illness for many years. Beloved wife of Kenneth Elvin. Joann was born in Waterbury May 17, 1956 and was the daughter of Evelyn Britton and the late Anthony Tancreto. She had worked as an Administrator for the CT Department of Transportation for many years.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue Friday morning at 11:00. Interment will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery, Southington. The visiting hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 pm.

Thank you for letting us know of Joann’s passing we were away on vacation. Joann was a wonderful person and she and Ken were so good to my brother Johnny. God has another Angel and I’m sure she is at peace now. Deepest Sympathy’s to you all.
