JoAnne M. Sansone Lucibello, 85, of East Haven, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022 with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 66 years to Andrew Lucibello.  She was born in New Haven on October 27, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Michael and Lorretta Meglio Sansone. JoAnne was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy and Quinnipiac College. She had worked as a payroll clerk for the Visiting Nurses Association of New Haven for many years. Family was everything to JoAnne. She especially lived for her grandchildren and great grandchildren who meant everything to her.  She was very charitable, having donated to numerous charities.  Loving mother to Doreen (Joseph) Kordorsky, Andrew Lucibello and Marlene (Michael) Devaney. Beloved grandmother of Kaylin Valldejuli (Raul), Andrew Lucibello, Michael Lamont, Sarah Lucibello, Grace Lucibello and Mariana Kordorsky. Cherished great grandmother of Francesca “Frankie “ and Caia Valldejuli.

The visiting hours will be Friday, from 5 to 8 pm in the The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. Relatives and friends are invited to go directly to Church of the Resurrection, 115 Pond Hill Road, Wallingford for a mass of Christian Burial on Saturday morning at 10:30 and to attend committal services immediately following in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven.  Should friends desire memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, P.O.
