So very sorry for your loss!
I knew John ever since he was a young man. I used to see him along with his Dad and brother Mark at the Amherst Train Show Each year. One of the first things I used to do before I did anything else there was to visit with John, Mark, and Rolly. Tell you this – they were a tight family with a common interest in trains. I was very sad to hear of John’s passing, he was a great friend and a very powerful individual in my life. He will be in my memories for a long time to come. I will be making a donation in his memory.
So sorry Mark and Osmun family…. John we will miss your smiling face at our weekly train sessions
So sorry for your loss.
Dear Mark, Sherry, and Amber…. I knew John for many years, as a young boy (along with you Mark) watching you grow into adulthood. My connection was with your dad Rolly and your mom Joann and of course the love of trains that we all shared through the years, and the NYNHHRR reunions. John’s love for trains of course led him to a long successful career at Metro North. Chris and I were honored to attend John’s wedding to Sherry years ago.
We will remember John through the years with great love. May he rest in peace, and be in God’s Heavenly Kingdom.
Sincerely, Rick and Chris
