Josephine was a very special lady. She always had a smile. I will never forget our trip to Las Vegas with the one day drive to San Diego and back! So many fun times and great lunches in the Media Center at the Middle School. I will miss her quick phone calls to check up on me. Rest in peace, my dear friend.
I am sorry about your loss. Your family is my thoughts and prayers.
Mrs. Milone was truly a Gem of a woman in our world.
Although we had fallen mostly out of touch in my adult life, I often heard & inquired about her & how she was doing. Growing up, I was w/ Rich or Robbie, more times than one could count.
She Loved her Sons so much – and she looked out for & cared for their friends – almost as much as them.
The Milone house was the “gathering place” for our group of friends, from 10 years old – right up thru H.S. Graduation. Mrs. Milone always treated us great, took care of us, and even helped get us out of a “few” jams. Her & Mr. Milone were always on the go, back then – to play cards, go to a party, visit friends – they knew how to have a good time.
Lastly, I still thank her to this day, for the amount of times I was late for Jr. H.S.
(even though I lived right across the St.) She would always get me one of those
“special slips”, that kept me out of trouble, & in school !
I know she is resting easy now, finally at Peace – and reunited w/ her Husband, & Sons;
Rit & Robbie. God Bless this Woman.
My dear friend Josephine I will miss you
Love Donna
