Laureen Galligan, 71, of Uncasville, formerly of North Haven passed away peacefully on Friday, January 5th, 2024 at Orchard Grove Health & Rehab. Laureen was born in New Haven on April 15, 1952, and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian Dering Galligan. Laureen loved animals, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family whom she loved unconditionally. She is survived by her sister Diane (David) Carberry and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to go directly to Center Cemetery, Elm Street, North Haven on Friday morning, January 12th, 2024 to attend a graveside service at 10:00 am. The Havens’ Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue have been entrusted with the arrangements.
