Lori A. Andrews, 52, of Hamden, passed away on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, at her home. Lori was born in New Haven on September 8th, 1971 and was the daughter of Leslie Andrews and the late Rachael Mascola Andrews. Lori worked as a hairdresser for the Ricciuti Hair Salon in New Haven for 30 years; she enjoyed spending time with her family who she loved unconditionally, taking walks to enjoy nature and working out at the gym. Sister of Sherri (Steven) Vollero. Step sister of Christopher Stewart. Aunt of Steven T. & Sierra T. Vollero. Also survived by her aunt & uncle AnnMarie & Don Russo, cousins Don (Lisa) Russo & baby Olivia. Predeceased by her grandparents.
The visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm at the Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish in St. Therese Church on Thursday at 12:00 PM. Internment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Should friends desire memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.P. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929.

Very sorry to hear of Lori passing. Lori and I went to grammar school together and reconnected years later, when we talked I could always count on her one of a kind laugh. My condolences to the Andrews family at this difficult time.
