Lucille A. SanFelice Negri, 98, formerly of West Haven and Northford, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 24th, 2023, at Apple Rehab-Laurel Woods, East Haven with her family by her side.  She was the beloved wife of the late Robert L. Negri.  Lucille was born in Bronx, New York on May 25th, 1925, and was the daughter of the late Nicola and Florence Basso SanFelice.  She had worked in the banking industry for many years, having last worked at Shawmut Bank.  Lucille was a member of the Jolly Timers, the Northford VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Seasoned Adult Growing Educationally (SAGE) at Gateway Community College.  Mother of John Negri and Francine (Thomas) Lucibello. Grandmother of Nicole (Robert) Lewin, Toni (Alphonse) Michelangelo, and T.J. (Tracey) Lucibello. Great grandmother of Maximus and Liliana Lewin, Gabriella Michelangelo, Logan, Leah and Brynn Lucibello.  Sister-in-law of Sarina SanFelice.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her sister Josephine Kowaleski and a brother John SanFelice.

Family and friends are invited to go directly to St. Ambrose Parish at St. Monica’s Church, 1331 Middletown Avenue, Northford on Wednesday morning, August 30th at 11:00 to attend a Mass of Christian burial and are also invited to attend the committal service immediately following in the St. Lawrence Mausoleum, West Haven.
