I worked with Marie at both the Conte and Betsy Ross Arts Magnet. She was one of my favorite colleagues and became a good friend. Marie always made me laugh. She was full of clever observations about life and the craziness that often surrounded us. She always made me smile.
I am so sorry we lost touch over the last few years. I am also so sad to hear about Marie’s illness and passing. Marie was a very special lady. She loved her family very, very much especially her son Jack. She was a great friend! I think about her witty and smart life reflections every day. I will miss her very much. My deepest sympathies to Jack and her family.
