Mark Charles Mierzejewski of Tampa, FL passed away February 26, 2022 at Tampa General Hospital. Born in New Haven on April 18, 1971.

He is survived by his father, Ronald K. Mierzejewski (Judy Thomas) and his mother, Victoria Ricciardi DeCrosta (Joseph).  He leaves his brother and sister-in-law Ronald Jr. and Diane Mierzejewski; niece Alexis (Andrew) Ranciato; great niece Peyton Ranciato, and uncle Mike Mierzejewski, Sr.  He leaves behind cousins Bobby Martens (Paula), Lori Carrano, LeeAnn Luzietti, and dear cousin and longtime friend, Michael Nagy, along with many friends in FL and CT.   He was predeceased by his grandparents Michael and Florence Mierzejewski; Charles and Aniela Ricciardi; uncle Daniel Ricciardi; aunt Jean Mierzejewski; cousin Michael Mierzejewski, Jr., and special aunt and uncle Ginny and Bob Martens.  He was predeceased by step-grandparents Joseph and Nancy DeCrosta.  Mark graduated from West Haven High School in 1989.  He remained a true Westie.  Mark loved attending Yankee Spring training games in Tampa, along with hockey games at Amalie Arena to see the Tampa Bay Lightning and was a fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.   He was a foodie and frequented many Tampa restaurants posting photos on FB along the way.  Mark enjoyed many trips to CA with his dad and brother, especially Hollywood, and being in the audience for the taping of some of his favorite shows.  He was a big fan of amusement parks, especially the Swinger at Riverside Park. Mark will be greatly missed by all who knew him and will remain in our hearts forever.

Family and friends are invited to go directly to the All Saints Mausoleum, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven on Monday morning, March 14th at 10:00 to attend a committal service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Haven, Inc., 89 Mill Road, North Haven, CT 06473
