As her only living relatives, we deeply grieve the passing of our wonderful aunt Mary Britton Healey. We are solaced by the knowledge that she is with Our Lord and her dearly beloved Charles and Paul.
Mary was a wonderful aunt. We will always remember her infectious smile and her cheerful disposition. She especially enjoyed holidays and had a special brooch that she wore for each one. We remember how much she loved her dogs, Cam de Samoset, Frankie, Otto, and Lady. They brought her much joy and consolation.
We had many good times with Mary, Paul and our Uncle Charlie and Uncle Al (Rev. Albert Healey.) Good memories will always be with us. We especially remember the times that Uncle Al and Paul came to Boston and cheered the Red Sox.
We spent many, many Thanksgivings with our North Haven family. Uncle Charlie was a great cook so the dinner was always fabulous. Uncle Al made soup.
We remember the times that she Charles and Paul travelled to New York for the baptism of her nephew Patrick Hegde. Later she and Paul again visited New York and we remember how much fun we had when Patrick showed them some highlights of New York City. Patrick brought Paul and her much enjoyment. They always referred to him as a “very fine gentleman.”
Before her latest illness, we remember our many visits, especially the broccoli soup at Panera’s , going to her favorite Chinese buffet restaurant. We will never forget our many forays to the Dollar Store where she always found a great bargain.
Mary never veered from her abiding faith in the Church and her deep devotion to the Blessed Virgin. Whenever we attended Mass with her, she always lit a candle in memory of our dear deceased parents.
From her loving nieces Mary, Elizabeth and Carol Healey and her loving nephew Richard Healey Jr.

I am at the age where I check the obituaries regularly. I hadn’t seen Mary in many years but I do remember how kind she was when I saw her at St. Francis. She always made my day brighter.
You are so right. Mary brought so much joy to all who knew her at St. Francis.
I will always remember my mother’s good friend/ neighbor Mrs. Healey, I spent many summer days swimming in her pool, I also remember my mom and her always out running the roads looking for good bargains, My she rest in peace and join her loving husband and son again, and her buddy my mom Joanne.
Mary was always a true lady. She will be missed. My condolences to her family and friends.
