Maurice Frank Raffaele, 77, of North Haven passed away suddenly on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Yale-New Haven Hospital after being stricken at home. Mr. Raffaele was born in Corona, New York on January 25, 1939; son of the late Martin J. and Lena A. Lomenzo Raffaele; had worked for both North Haven and National Lumbar Companies, and later for North Haven Auto Body. Brother of Marie C. Raffaele and the late Martin J. Raffaele, Jr. Brother-in-law of Priscilla Raffaele. Uncle of Michele Raffaele.
Family and friends are invited to go directly to St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven on Thursday morning, Dec. 29th at 10:00 to attend a Mass of Christian burial and are also invited to attend the committal service immediately following in the North Haven Center Cemetery. There will be no visiting hours.
