Michael A. Nazario, 61, of North Haven, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018. He was born in New Haven on February 19, 1957 and was the son of Miguel Nazario and the late Louise Schick Nazario. Michael had worked at J.A.N. Building & Design as a carpenter for many years. In early years Michael was a Forman at Turbine Components in Branford. He was very adventurous and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, learning to fly both airplanes and helicopters, and went on many scuba diving trips. He volunteered with The Big Brothers and Big Sisters organization for a number of years. More recently, Michael devoted most of his time to strengthening his faith and relationship with God. Brother of Daniel, Robert, David (Angela), James Nazario and Linda Fruin. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Private services have been entrusted to the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue

Mickey was a life long, very close friend of ours. We spent many years riding motorcycles with him and were invited to the Nazario family reunions annually. We are deeply saddened to hear about his passing and our hearts go out to the entire Nazario family, who treated us as their own. May he rest in eternal peace.
