Nancy Bulnes Marinuzzi was born on February 13, 1942, to Clarence and Edna Bulnes in Syracuse, NY.  Always a true Aquarius, Nancy loved to be surrounded by family and friends and rarely passed up a chance to attend a party or get together but also relished her freedom and independence. Nancy was never afraid to speak her mind (just ask any of her children) and lived a life of perseverance and self-determination. Oma, as she was known to her grandchildren, spared no expense when it came to showering them with unconditional love on the holidays or simply when they came to spend time visiting her and Opa at their home.  She loved a good laugh and a great meal but held a lifetime of loathing for Mercury in retrograde. It was these characteristics that made Nancy such a humorous, unique and remarkable wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Left to continue her loving legacy are her husband of 36 years, John Marinuzzi; sister Helen Martin; children Michele Rossi, Deanna Valentine and David Heg;  grandchildren Christopher and Nicholas Rossi, Scott Greiner and Keerigan Heg; brother-in-law Jack Westwood; her niece, nephews and many dear and beloved friends.  Nancy was predeceased by her parents and her sister Carol Westwood.

Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue on Friday morning, May 25th at 10:30.  A Graveside Service will follow in Northford Cemetery at 11:00.  The visiting hours will be Thursday, May 24th from 4 to 7 pm.
