To Carole, Neil Jr, Sam, Janet & Velleca Family.
I was deeply saddened to read of Neil’s passing. He was very close friends with my parent’s many years ago. I have fond memories of Neil when I was a young girl. I can still hear his laughter and wonderful smile he had for everyone that knew him. He was a very generous and caring guy and did anything he could to help you out..
I used to baby sit for his 3 children and Carol was one of my bridesmaid. I will always cherish those memories.
God Bless you in Heaven, Neil as you enter eternal life with our Lord. You will be so sadly missed by everyone that knew you.
God Bless the entire Velleca Family during a most difficult time, you’re all in my heart & prayers.
