Olga K. Franco, 92, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Monday May 29th, 2017 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Olga was born in Newark, New Jersey on July 3, 1924; daughter of the late Michael and Anna Kordas Kuzma. She was the beloved wife of 68 years to the late Rocco Franco.  Olga worked many years for Phelps Dodge Corporation, O.F. Mossberg and Sons and as a Manager and Co-Owner of Connecticut Cafeteria Management for twenty years until her retirement.  A talented artist she very much enjoyed drawing, oil painting, crafts and gardening but most of all she devoted her life and love to her family. She will be very deeply missed by her devoted sons Ronald Franco, Daniel Franco and Thomas (Robin) Franco. She cherished her grandchildren Mark (Elizabeth) Franco, Michael Franco and the late Kristopher Franco, as well as her great-grandchildren Olivia, Matteo, Luke and Jonathan Franco. Predeceased by a brother John Kuzma and daughter in law Veronica Franco.  The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Hamden Health Care Center for the complete care, compassion, great comfort and friendship they provided our mother.

Family and friends are invited meet directly at the Office of All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven on Friday morning at 10:45 to follow the funeral procession to the graveside for an 11:00 am service.  There will be no visiting hours.  The North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue has been entrusted with the arrangements.
