No words can express the sadness I feel in my heart. But Pat is at peace now and with his family in heaven. When my family moved back to America in 1970, Pat was my only boy cousin. He was full of energy and had beautiful curly hair. When my family moved to East Haven, we lived across the street from my Aunt Jennie and Uncle Angelo, and my cousin Rachel, Angela and Pat. Pat always protected me, my sister and my brother. He would make sure that we crossed the street safely to visit him. He walked my sister and I to school. He ran to my home when I called with an emergency that the oven caught on fire. He was the man. He looked out for his cousins. We had many fun times together listening to the Beatles. He played a mean guitar, and inspired me to take lessons too. He will always be loved and missed. My prayers are with Geri and the whole family.
Dear Geri, William, and Jessica,
I was deeply saddened to read about the loss of your husband and father. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy and know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
