He My Rest in Peace
We are so sorry for your loss! He was a great man
The nicest most generous man you could ever meet. Pete gave away more then he sold at his restaurant in Hamden. Hard worker and great man. I knew him through WYATT energy. Every dish at his restaurant was outstanding ! To the Scala family my deepest condolences on behalf of myself and my wife Carmela Esposito – Consiglio. May his wonderful soul assent to heaven and may he live eternal. God bless the Scala family and “ Pete”. Amen.

My condolences to all of Pete’s family.
One of my favorite memories of Pete was about 30 yrs ago when I would have a lunch break and he would have pasta with butter all made for grandkids and would invite me in to eat before going back to work. I wasn’t allowed to say no! I would sit and chat with him and Marie for 30 mins and have lots of energy to get back to work because all the pasta and Espresso!
He will be missed❤️
