Renald Joseph Lepage, 87, of Wallingford, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Regency House, Wallingford with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Delcie Pacchiarelli Lepage. Renald was born in Maine on October 21, 1929, son of the late Valmont and Annie Berube Lepage; served his country faithfully in the US Army during the Korean War; obtained an Associate degree from Bentley College and had worked as a Safety Director for Anaconda for many years until his retirement. Renald was a member of the Wallingford Elks Lodge #1365; the Wallingford Senior Center; was an avid golfer; enjoyed traveling and watching his grandsons play hockey and baseball. Father of Dr. Paul Lepage (Denise), Michael and Pierre Lepage, Gilmay Markunas (Charles) and Nicole Kearney. Step-father of Barbara Migliaro (Chris), Susan Busillo (Robert), Ralph Notaro II and Karen Zeoli (David). Also survived by 21 granchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to all the nurses and staff at the Regency House, Wallingford for the excellent comfort and care they provided to Renald.
His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Tuesday morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in church of the Resurrection at 11:00 am. Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Monday from 5 to 8 pm.
