During his life he loved bowling and enjoyed the bowlers he bowled with. I knew Richie for most of my life. I remember him from my schooldays at Lincoln school elementary . We lived on Hazel Street next door to each other. He was humorous . We used to play with his brother and my brother.
I well never forget him and his family.

My most sincere sympathies, Maureen. I have many good memories of teaching with Dick while he was a fifth grade teacher. I know he enjoyed teaching and he did a super job.

Richard has part of our family since I was sixteen years old. I loved him with all my heart. Always so wonderful to my sister and the love of her life. We will miss his sense of humor and generosity. Rest in peace Rich! Love Ronnie
Uncle Richie was a great uncle to me and my family. Whenever our family came to visit from Florida, we were always greeted with warmth and good humor. Those visits were always something we looked forward to as children. Even though we were not close, I felt a deep respect and love for my uncle. I admired him for his wisdom, kindness, and his uncanny ability to find the right words for encouragement. I will deeply miss him and I will always remember him to be one of the ‘good guys.’
