Richard L. Piccione, 66, of Woodbridge passed away on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022. He was the beloved husband of the late Janice DeCilla Piccione. Born in Queens, New York on September 25, 1955, he was the son of the late Anthony R. and Theresa Beckesh Piccione. Richard had worked for Metro North as a mechanic and served as a union representative for many years until his retirement. He was a collector of rare coins and stamps and was a lover of animals. Brother of Linda Montagne (the late William), Maryann Piccione (Nick Christodoulopoulos), Donna Chiaramonte (Edward) and Angela Maruna (Richard). Also survived by 3 nieces, 3 nephews, 4 great nieces, 4 great nephews and his beloved cat Ben.
A Catholic parlor funeral service will be conducted in The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue on Tuesday morning, July 26th at 10:00. Family and friends may call from 9:00 until time of services at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
