Robert “Bob” Kline, age 58, passed away Wednesday, February 1, after a brief stay at Hospice. He was born on December 11, 1964, son of Patricia Kline Santiago and stepson of the late Hector Santiago, Jr. In addition to his mother, Bob is survived by his brother James Kline, sister Kerry Kline Mascaro (Aaron Graczyk), nephew Camden Mascaro, niece Lexi Mascaro and sister-in-law Kristin Kline. Bob’s greatest accomplishment in life was being an amazing uncle. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for his niece and nephew who were the light of his life. Bob spent countless hours baby-sitting, playing cards and games, watching movies, making costumes, and so much more. For many years Bob worked as security and support staff at Clifton House in New Haven. He was known for his big heart and giving nature and will be missed by all who knew him. The family would like to thank Dr. Sacco, and the entire staff of The Connecticut Hospice, for their compassionate care during Bob’s stay, offering him peace in his final days.
Private services have been entrusted to The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.
I am heartbroken knowing I will never see your face, or hear your voice, again. You were a wonderful big brother Bob, and an incredible Uncle to Cam and Lexi. I don’t know what I would have done without you in our lives. Everything you did for me and kids over the years, you were always there for us no matter what time day or night. Kiss daddy for me. I love you Bob. ~ Kerry ❤️
Bob will continue to be missed by the Clifton House staff Rest in peace my friend
