Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
God Bless
So sorry to hear of Roland’s passing Camille, and to his entire family as well.
He has a great soul.
I had lunch with Roland on the day of his diagnosis. We had a wonderful time talking about his kitchen “TOYS” his idyllic backyard and his family…all that Walt described so well in his email to Roland’s friends. I spoke with Roland that night when he shared with me this tragic news. I was so impressed with how he handled that news with such dignity.
From afar, I know that this has been a long, hard pull for him. Now, I wish him peace.
My deepest sympathy’s to each member of his family.
Camille, Sean and Alan,
You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Roland was a great guy and will truly be missed. Hugs to all of you.

I know it’s been a long, trying time for all of you. He’s now at peace. I choose to remember the great times at Chateau Lamothe with Chef Roland preparing feasts with all his cooking gadgets that made him so proud. They were great times and we’ll miss them… and him. Love and hugs to Camille, Alan and Sean.
I worked with Roland for 17 years at Sovereign/Santander Bank. Roland had a challenging job, but he always handled matters with poise, respect, and dignity. That is how he treated everyone. All of us who knew Roland understood he had a larger than life personality. He brought this same joy for life into his contacts with everyone he met. Roland continues to be a role model for others to live their lives. Peace to you, brother. My sincere condolences to his family.
