Rosalie E. Dusa Mikos, 84, of New Haven passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022, at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford with her family by her side.  She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Mikos, Sr.  Rosalie was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 19, 1938, and was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Margaret Peter Dusa. She was an active and devoted parishioner of St. Francis Church, New Haven where she taught catechism and had worked for Circuit Wise as a Quality Inspector. Rosalie loved to cook and was often called “ Cook” or “Auntie Cookie”.  Her greatest enjoyment was being with her family who she loved unconditionally.  Loving mother of Joseph Mikos, David Mikos and the late John J. Mikos, Jr.  Mother-in-law of Susan, Donna, and Debra Mikos. Grandmother of Crystal Mikos (Don).  Great-Grandmother of Anthony McClimon (late Ryan McClimon). Sister of Michael Dusa, Nancy Leonardi (Carl) and the late Mary Jo Shultz, Victoria Konareski, John Dusa and Marsha Ostrom. Also survived by many loving nieces, and nephews.

The visiting hours will Monday, April 25th from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.  Family and friends are invited to go directly to Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish at St. Francis Church, Ferry Street, New Haven on Tuesday morning at 11:00 to attend a Mass of Christian burial. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
