Susan Aldrich Granata, 73, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 4th, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.  Susan was born in New Haven on March 9, 1947 and was the daughter of the late Norman and Bertha Stubbs Aldrich. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at Yale University for over 20 years. Susan was a big part of many organizations and groups.  She enjoyed playing golf and was an avid New York Yankee fan.  Her greatest joy was spending time with family, especially her grandchildren whom were the lights of her life.  Susan is survived by her sisters Marguerite Genovese of Branford and Diane Parcesepe of North Haven, her daughter Jennifer (Andrew) Pizzano of North Haven and her son Jeffrey (Hope) Granata of Meriden, her grandchildren Benjamin and Addison Pizzano and many nieces and nephews.

The visiting hours will be Thursday morning, March 11th from 9:30 to 11:30 in The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven at 12 noon.  Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.  (masks and social distancing strictly required for all services)
