Mrs. Gawrych was a wonderful sweet woman. I appreciated her calm, gentle smile as a Brownie leader, a mom who let teens gather, and even as a boss for one of my summer jobs.
my deepest sympathy and heartfelt expression of comfort to you, Franny, and Jackie, and your families.
Oh Franny and Jackie,
I’m sorry to hear of your loss. Though you had your Mom so much longer than I had mine, I’m sure you’re bereft. Perhaps you feel like an orphan as well. I know I did.
I remember your Mom so very fondly. She was always so kind to me over all those years we played in your backyard. I especially recall playing school on your brick patio, talking on the plastic phone from classroom to classroom. And her tuna sandwiches! Please take comfort in knowing you were wonderful daughters.
So sorry for your loss. We so enjoyed hearing family stories at Joe’s house this past year. Sue was clearly a family treasure. We send our love to you all at this time.

Such a warm and wonderful woman. Rest in peace my dear friend. Condolences to the family
Our condolences to the family at this difficult time. Grateful for the opportunities I had to connect with Great Aunt Sue and hear stories from my grandma Mary about them growing up.
