No words can express the sadness of this loss. Terry was an amazing, inspiration, motivational and true spirit. May she rest in peace. Thank you for the privilege of your love and friendship. Condolences to the family.
I had the pleasure of meeting the Gabucci family in the 1970’s while teaching at East Haven HS. Gina became a very close friend. She attended the rival High School of East Haven through sports events We became instant friends and I was invited to my favorite Italian dinner every Sunday. The Gabucci family really opned their hearts and family. Today Gina remains and the family she came from as the most special people in my life.
As I later resided in Massachusetts we remained as close family.
MRS.G always treated me as special with kindness.
I had many a conversation with her when I called and Gina was working. She was, without question the warmest, kindest , BEST COOK I had the honor of knowing.
Mrs G, I will keep you close in thoughts always. May you know only peace and goodness. and will remain in MY HEART
as a very Special person.💕
My sincere condolences to the Gabucci family. I am lucky to be friends with Gina and always enjoyed listening to her stories about her Mom. She truly was a special woman. I hope all your wonderful memories will help you through this difficult time. Much love to you all.
Mary and I are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend of 50 years. She was a lady of extraordinary character and warmth. I n matters of leadership and spirit, she was tireless. Small in stature but a giant in accomplishing the goals she set for herself. A loving wife and parent, a true friend to all who were privileged to know her, a woman of boundless love and kindness to others, always the voice of patience and compromise and forgiveness when challenges to her leadership were attempted or unkind words spoken. We loved her and will pray for her and her family.
Aunt Terri was like a second mom and because of the closeness of our families her children are like my brothers and sister. Knowing Aunt Terri she’s in heaven trying to arrange a gathering for everyone who left this earth before her. Her light hearted nature and fierce devotion to her family and friends will be terribly missed. Rest in peace sweet lady.
We are so saddened to hear of Terri’s passing. We were honored to know her and enjoyed working with her on the many Italian-American organizations. She was always energetic and uplifting and her kind spirit was contagious. Rest in peace Terri. You will be missed.

In life, it seems we occasionally cross the same path and have the privilege of meeting a special human being at the intersection. Thanks to Gina, that was Terri, a pint size woman with a larger than life presence. She was so warm, inviting and always welcoming family and friends into her home on special occasions (or any occasion) for good times and great meals. I am grateful to have fond memories of Terri that will not fade over time.
Gina you and your family, have my deepest sympathy for the loss of your mother. Though I had never had the opportunity to meet her, if she is anything like you – i would have loved her. Sending you and Nancy lots of hugs and prayers.
I was saddened to learn this. My dad used to take me to Arnold’s to pick out mom’s gifts. Terri was so funny and seemed to know mom’s taste. Hugs to Gina and Nancy!
