Theresa R. Samosky Halpin, 71, of Wallingford, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2021 at the Masonicare Health Center, Wallingford. She was born in New Haven on August 28, 1949 and was the daughter of the late Louis and Rose Pandolfi Piscitelli. Theresa had worked in Human Resources for Versa until her retirement. She enjoyed gardening, antiquing, dancing and shopping. Sister of Patricia Melillo, Rosemarie Regan, Joseph Piscitelli (Debra) and the late Joanne Ferrioulo. Also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
