Thomas J. Salvati, 49, of Northford, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with his family by his side. He was the husband of Debra Nuniz Salvati. Thomas was born in New Haven on August 4, 1968 and was the son of Pasquale Salvati and the late Martha Ross Salvati. He was a roofer for most of his life. Father of Thomas and Christina DeMayo. Step father of Buddy Rodriguez, Jonan and Frank Gervaiso. Grandfather of Nataliah and Cataleya DeMayo, and Leveon Robinson. Brother of Pasquale Salvati (Joyce), James Salvati, Anthony Salvati (Anna) and Gina Cintron. Also survived by Patricia DeMayo mother of his children and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Friday morning at 11:00. Family and friends may call from 9:30 to 11:00. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Therese Church at 11:30. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
